3. Data Reliability & Supply Chain Sync

Our platform aggregates real-time data from thousands of endpoints. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, logistics is a messy business. We don't guarantee that every byte of telemetry is perfect, but we'll work tirelessly to ensure your shipments stay visible. Contractions like "we're" and "you'll" reflect our approachable tech-first culture, but the legal weight behind these sentences is absolute.

4. User Responsibilities

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. If a malicious actor gains access to your fleet dashboard because you reused a password from 2012, that's on you. We recommend rotating API keys every 90 days to keep your logistics pipeline secured against intrusion.
